Dr. Cristescu previously
held the position of Assistant Professor of Radiology at Emory
University (2018-2022) and the Medical College of Wisconsin (MCW)
(2022-2025). He has trained over 80 fellows and residents in vascular
& interventional radiology, and has published over 100 peer-reviewed
manuscripts and presentations.
Having received training by national and international
experts in interventional radiology, his clinical experience has included
all aspects of vascular, oncologic, and musculoskeletal interventions,
including therapies for peripheral vascular disease, interventional
treatments for cancer, and embolization therapy for a number of
lifestyle-limiting disease processes.
Dr. Cristescu currently
still serves as an adjunct Assistant Professor of Radiology at MCW and is
a practicing interventional radiologist based in Atlanta. He
is passionate about collaboration between medical specialties in
order to provide access to high-quality, minimally-invasive care
for patients. Dr. Cristescu is excited to offer
a full spectrum of minimally invasive therapies to patients.
